I am a coach with a passion for helping people develop and grow their resilience and navigate through challenging times.

When you’re in the middle of things it’s easy to think resilience means just keeping ploughing on. By focusing on gaining perspective, discovering a balanced pace, and nurturing well-being, I believe it’s possible to enhance resilience to help you discover ways to thrive in both personal and professional settings. 

I have a background in Higher Education having worked in Universities in England and Scotland for the last 20 years. It’s an environment I love because of it’s vibrant and often fast paced nature.

I’ve many years leadership experience in Church Ministry as an ordained Anglican and have worked in a variety of roles including Chaplaincy, vocations, ministerial education and training.

These varied experiences mean that much of my career has been spent helping people who are navigating through changes both big and small. Being able to help people think through where they find themselves in life and make sense of the next step is something that brings great joy.

Away from work I love spending time walking in the Scottish Highlands or looking at them while paddling my canoe. When the weather is too bad I retreat to my shed and enjoy developing my woodwork skills.

Personally I’ve found coaching to be highly effective in helping me gain fresh perspective and make significant change both in work and personal life.
